At SINGER®, we stand behind the quality of our sewing machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SINGER® account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, removing or covering any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
